看房当天约 30 人 — 这一批案例里最抢的一场。公寓本身扎实(楼栋不错、NBN 已接、固定车位 + 储藏室、无霉、无老化),但客厅自然光差(阳台朝西,卧室朝西南)。只有客厅有空调。不包家具,只有嵌入式家电。

中等楼龄的公寓,大堂和双电梯维护得不错。走 1km 到 Coles 买菜。阳台下是静街。雷点是当天看房来了约 30 组人 — 这套从一开始就是抢的局。

    公共区域整洁,走廊及楼梯间维护良好。楼龄中等,双电梯维护良好,无异味。入户为电子门禁。烟雾报警器已装,紧急出口指示清晰。夜间走道照明良好。
